Prices in dollars, before tax: the invoice adds whatever applies in your country. What you do not use in a month does not carry over. The caps are terms we agree with you when the account opens.

What counts

You only pay for your agents' new work

When one of them re-reads what it already had in front of it in order to keep working, we do not charge you for that re-reading.

  • The agent works

    The work the agent does when you give it a job, and the work of routines that fire on their own. New work is what gets counted, not what the agent re-reads in order to keep going.

  • Uploading and indexing documents

    Indexing runs on your own server with a local model. You can upload your entire document history at no cost.

  • Searching and browsing the graph

    Hybrid search and the link graph are queries against your own database. Search as often as you like.

  • Recalling what you already discussed

    When the agent searches what you already discussed, it uses a full-text query rather than the model.

  • People talking to people

    Direct messages, groups, project chat, attachments and notifications.

Questions

Before you sign

Two of these answers are less comfortable than a brochure. They are the ones that avoid a complaint in month one.

Do you charge per user?
No. The price belongs to the company and does not multiply by headcount: two companies of the same size pay the same even if one asks its agents for three times the work. The people line on a plan is a term we review when the account opens, not a per-seat charge.
Why move from Basic to Pro?
For volume, not for functions. Pro includes a lot more monthly agent work and its caps reach further. If your operation is already tight on Basic and goes over month after month, moving up costs less than paying the surcharge again. If it fits in Basic, stay on Basic: you are not missing a function.
What happens if I go past my plan?
Your agents keep working and we do not stop to ask you for anything mid-month. Work past the plan costs double what it costs inside it and lands on the following month's invoice. If what you would owe comes to less than 25 dollars, it is not charged. When it starts happening often we tell you, because the plan above works out cheaper. It is written the same way in the terms.
Can I ask for more work without changing plan?
Yes, on every plan. The company owner opens the request inside the application and a person on our side reviews it. It is not a card purchase and not a button that settles on the spot: we confirm what the extra work costs when we answer. Your plan and your monthly price do not change.
If I cancel, do I get the month back?
No. You pay the full month and the service runs to the last day of the cycle. There are no partial refunds, just as we do not charge a fraction when you move up mid-month: a plan change takes effect on the next cycle, with no proration.
